Click to Call in Contact

On Zoho Sites, in my "Contact Page," I went to "Customize Form," then under field I chose "Add Notes."  Inside the "Plain Text Editor" I tried to make my phone number "click-to-call."  (I want my customer to be able to tap on the phone number when using their mobile device and be able to call that phone number right away). I used this html code below, but doesn't seem to work.  I also tried to paste this code into the "insert link" but it doesn't work either.  Please help!
