Client Portal is now available in Zoho Invoice

Hello Zoho Invoice users,

We are excited to let you know the Client Portal feature available in the new version of Zoho Invoice.  Now, you can have your customers access a link to view their estimates and accept/decline it, view invoices and make payments to it.  You can get notifications of the activities in the portal.  Click here to know more.

How can I enable the portal?

1. Switch to new interface.

2. Enable client portal for your organization under Organization Profile.

3. Set-up your portal name and have a preview of the portal URL.

4. Now that you have set up your portal, you can send invitation to your customers to access the portal.  You can enable the portal for your customers in the contact creation page or contact details page.

5. Once you enable portal for your customers, an invitation with a link to set up a password will be sent to the contact persons.

Once they accept the invite and access the portal, all estimates and invoices in the "Sent" status will be visible to the customers.  They can accept/decline the estimates and make payments for invoices.  They can also view payment history from the past.

Please give it a try and share your valuable feedback with us.
