Certain rules and guidelines need to be followed while doing this. But why?

While it is true that the highest priority should be given to designing text and information, this does mean you should pay no attention to the design! All right, so, how should you go about making an appointment scheduling site?



Since co-working space scheduling sites need maximum readability with a fast look at the eyes, this should always be in your mind as any item on the site should be easy to the eyes without unnecessary effort from them.

The best place to start is your background image.

In this method, the first phase is to get an idea of how the booking page will feel. Again, you will get suggestions from other similar pages and you will get a clear picture of what is needed.

While you can choose whatever color you want, we will encourage you to choose a color that makes reading the text on top of it easier. White or colors close to white are usually the best choices in this way. This allows us to hold the reader's attention to the text rather than to the design, but at the same time complementing it, which is what we want on our website.

If you would rather go with a darker color in nature, make sure that the color allows the text to be easily readable on top, which will have a contrasting color.

You may even go for a picture based background. Try to select a picture that has lots of white-ish shades that dominate the photo for the reasons we have just been talking about, if that is the choice you would like to go ahead with.

Let us assume that, for the purposes of this tutorial, you choose white as the primary color. Now that we are going to use one color in the color scheme that we have defined; we have got to pick another color that can be used with white.

The advantage of using a color based on white in a color scheme is that it can be used in combination with almost any paint. How can we select the second one for our scheme when there are so many colors to pick from?
To get an answer to this, we would advise you to visit your co-working space website.

Many companies have a color scheme that they use for their websites on a regular basis and that is where you need to choose the hue. With the combination of these two colors, try searching for a background picture that combines both very well.

That is because it gives your booking page a rather pleasant and appealing feel as this color scheme is heavily used on all elements of your booking page. An exception to this is that if you do have a website that uses a certain color scheme, it would be easier to stick to it precisely if the organization exclusively follows the design language.
You can also use the organization's own photos for your own purposes.

If not, pictures from websites such as Shutterstock and 123rf can be checked for pictures provided for this specific purpose or you can also look for royalty-free pictures from other sites.

Make sure that the picture you choose is not cluttered with topics, because on the booking page you can see clearly the text that will fall across it. When you want to change any symbol in addition to the website's default logo, such as adding the co-working space logo to it, please bear in mind that for this reason you will need to use software such as Canva or specialized tools such as Photoshop.

Now that you have finalized your background picture, let us go through next color customization.


What about the other things on your site, then?

We had already mentioned that the color scheme used in the page should be used on other elements as well. That is such that when it comes to visual design we are going to make sure the backdrop and the components go together.

When adding the same for both the text and the press, make sure the correct color is added which correlates with the color below. For example, if the background color on the screen where the text is being filled is white, then the other color you have selected in your color scheme will be the text color.

In addition, you should also ensure that the company logo used on the booking page also blends in well against the backdrop for the same purposes. Check the website after both of these have been completed by clicking the Go To button at the very end of the customization options to test if all is the way you need it.

Based on this, you can further assess whether something you have added to the website needs to be altered or tweaked so it looks better than before.


The text on your site is probably the most powerful part.

The text on your booking page mainly consists of two lines which can be used according to your needs. While some may use this to display phrases used to market their product, others may use it to provide specific instructions that should be taken into account when booking appointments.

So when you book the appointments with your co-working space, your text on the page really comes down to what your customers need to see. You can also use this space for any innovative, free advertising you need. Ensure sure consumers understand the text clearly and easily, and be confident in what they need to understand before scheduling their appointments.

Additionally, editing the image would allow you to add it to the background document if you choose to view additional text other than those two sections.

For this scenario, make sure that the text is not applied to the image where the buttons overlap, and you can avoid the buttons on the message booking page. Keep in mind that the document's color will match the color you are using on the other text-based components to make sure the template is legible and consistent.


Is that everything that you need to do? Not quite!

Look at the end of the page and see whether you have achieved what you wanted. We would recommend that you keep checking your page for any changes you make so that you can make more improvements when going through the editing process.

Overall, you can be sure that your booking page is not cluttered, that it is beautifully appealing, and that it is readable to anyone who could use it very clearly. You should also ensure that all necessary information is given of which the customer will be notified before scheduling an appointment of your co-working room.
