Codeless Bots : Integration Blocks to facilitate integration-related operations

What are Integration blocks?

Integration blocks in the Codeless bot platform can be used to perform integration-related operations like mail subscription, ticket creation, lead creation, etc. These blocks work based on the integration configuration.

This card can add visitors to integrated campaign services like Zoho Campaign and MailChimp. Once the card is activated, the visitor will be added to the mailing list associated with the integrated campaign service.

  • Here, you need to define the input field - the company name and the output field - the lead ID.
  • Inside the Advanced error handling section, there are two options - Integration not active and CRM record already exists. This will allow the bot to display an error message when the conditions mentioned above are true.
