Hello,

Many of my transactions are created as a sales order in Books, and then invoiced in books, and then emailed to the customer to be paid though the payment link.  For whatever reason the status does not change to "Paid" in Commerce, which is where I usually prefer to review that status of all the active transactions, and also usually do my shipping.

I can also show active transactions for which this is the case if that's helpful.
