¡Hola, miembros de la comunidad!

Nos adentramos en el último trimestre de 2020, un año en el que, en el plano laboral, las actividades online y el trabajo remoto han estado muy presentes. Si bien empezábamos el año con meet-ups presenciales en algunas ciudades españolas, la situación actual nos obliga a idear nuevas formas de interactuar con vosotros. Por nuestra parte, esperamos que las nuevas series de Tips and Tricks para Zoho Campaigns y para Zoho Projects os estén ayudando a aprovechar las funcionalidades de los productos, así como los Community Digest de cada mes. También os recordamos que esta comunidad es de todos nosotros, por lo que os animamos a participar con ideas, comentarios, preguntas, y hacer de este espacio un lugar de encuentro para usuarios Zoho.

Como novedades de productos en Zoho, este mes hemos lanzado Zoho Workplace, la suite de productividad todo-en-uno para que puedas tener tu oficina en la nube y trabajar de forma colaborativa desde donde quieras. Zoho Workplace ofrece un panel unificado que combina 9 aplicaciones Zoho, entre ellas Zoho Mail, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Cliq, nuestras aplicaciones de office y más.



Otro de nuestros más recientes lanzamientos es nuestra aplicación Zoho TeamInBox, para la colaboración entre equipos mediante bandejas de entrada de correo electrónico compartidas. Descúbrela aquí.

En nuestra comunidad, en el subforo de Zoho One hemos añadido nuevos Tips and Tricks para Zoho Campaigns, descubriendo las pruebas A/B para nuestras campañas de email marketing, algunos consejos sobre cómo reducir los ratios de SPAM, trucos para segmentar nuestra audiencia, y cómo calificar a los leads para ventas con la puntuación de contactos en Zoho Campaigns.
