Compare the previous value in a tabular report and report the difference

I have a tabular report with a column of numbers. I would like to add a column with the difference between the cell right before it.

in Excel it would look like this. The formula starting at B3 would be =A3-A2

Is there a way to do this in a Tabular report in Zoho
