I was really excited when zoho one came out as we have been a long time zoho using company and we would be finally able to bring it all together.
our accounting team thought it would be a great time to try out Zoho Books as we currently use Zoho Invoice and an outside accounting solution.
After some false starts and difficulties we had got it all running.
zoho books- great no more double entering on our system.
being in the uk we have our own tax system, but we noticed that the facility was not on our Zoho Books?
We would need Zoho Books UK and that there had been a problem at Zoho’s end an we had been given zoho global?
We have now spent hours on the phone to Zoho Books trying to get transferred over but the only method is for our office to backup data and bring it over. Having tried this we get various faults and missed files. We have explained this but nobody is interested other than telling us to look at the CSV and maybe add some columns.
All I ask is as the fault was your end and we are long term customers is there no facility for Zoho to physically do this work for us.
My book keepers are quickly loosing faith not in the product but the after care service.
