I'd like to generate a report for each individual respondent that has additional explanatory text referring to some of the scores collected in the survey from each respondent, and the text dependent on the respondent's score.

e.g. A mean score across four questions of >4 indicates "a high degree of madness" but a score below indicates "a high degree of sanity" 

I'd also like to suppress some respondent answers/responses in the report.

How do I create a report like this in Zoho Survey Premium and display it on the respondent's screen immediately, or email it at a later date.
