Configure permissions for Survey in Marketing Plus

Hello everyone,
 
Earlier, while creating roles, you were able to give access to manage all surveys or just the surveys created by the user in the Survey module.


We've now added various permissions to manage and publish surveys in Marketing Plus to help you better manage your surveys. Here's the list of all the permissions that are available which can be configured while created a role.

Brand permissions: You can allow/read only/deny access to the following brand permissions:
  • Other user surveys: Access surveys created by other users
  • Tag management: Access and manage tags
  • Theme management: Set up custom theme operations
  • Image management: Manage uploaded images

Survey permissions: You can allow/read only/deny access to the following survey permissions:
  • Builder access: Access to the builder, settings, integrations, and launch operations
  • Basic survey operations: Access to surveys, themes, custom variables, settings, scoring, translating surveys, and more
  • Launch operations: Access to distribution, campaigns, buy responses, offline surveys, launch visibility, restrictions, passwords, and closed survey
  • Response actions: Access to integrations, trigger functions, trigger emails, and webhooks
  • Export operations: Access to invite reviewers, copy, export, and print
  • Share operations: Access to share surveys and reports
  • Transfer survey: Allows transferring of surveys to another user

Report access: Enable the toggle switch to grant access to reports.
You can allow/read only/deny access to the following permissions:
  • Basic report operations: Access to the summary of reports, filters, and custom reports
  • Individual responses: Access to individual responses and filters
  • Export operations: Access to scheduling reports, exporting, and printing
  • Share reports: Access to sharing summaries and individual reports
  • Delete response actions: Access to deleting individual or bulk responses using filters

The default roles in Marketing Plus such as Brand Admin, Brand Marketer, and Brand Member will have the updated permissions specified in the table below. Also, custom roles created with 'Manage all Surveys' permission earlier, will now have the permissions of a Brand Marketer. Likewise, roles created with 'Manage Surveys they Create' permission earlier, will now have the permissions of a Brand Member.
