Connect Manuals - Images

I am putting together some process manuals using Connect's Manuals functionality.

Does anyone have any tips or guidelines on embedding images? Size, format, file size ?

I seem to be hit and miss.  Some images come out good, and some images seem blurry.  Maybe zoho is reducing the quality on larger file size images?
