Connection through IMAP failed

Connection through IMAP failed

I cannot connect to Zoho Mial through IMAP. I receive a message: "Login to server imappro.zoho.com with username [user@domain.eu] failed." I get additional message: "Alert from account [user@domain.eu]: Your account is blocked contact https://zoho.com/mail/help/imap-access.html".

There is no information at the said page that could help to solve the problem.
