We are trying to send surveys prefilled with information from CRM such as contact name and the account they are taking the survey on. We have contacts that are associated with multiple accounts. Is there a way to prefill, like a drop down, for them to select which account they are taking the survey for? Or a way to directly associate the survey with a specific account?
