Contact Us form is not displayed - Bad Gateway Error

The Contact Us form is not displayed on my live site after I publish. The web page is displayed but the form is missing. It was working fine yesterday but is not working today. It shows up fine in preview. I looked into the Console Log in the browser and it showed two errors:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 (Bad Gateway)
