COQL , it's possible to use inside flow?

Hi Team!

I have a question, is it possible to use COQL inside a custom function in flow? I don't see it very clear that it is possible, unless I'm wrong.

I have to search for deals associated with a contact under two criteria and not just one, which is why using COQL is the best.
