Could not view the Busy/Free time arrangement

So, each user could see his/her own Busy/Free time arrangement. Although there is a feature which allow the user to view the Busy/Free time schedule of another user of the same group, the Busy/Free time schedule is not right and most of the time wrong.

Any Suggestion?
