Hello Zoho,
Recently, we decided to change our company name to Steam Medical Inc. Thus, I changed my email to
leo@steammedical.com.
I have checked with the couple Zoho support agents that the integration between the two modules have been completed. However, when I try to use the SaleSignals in the Zoho CRM where it triggers a Salesignals when someone open or click the email sent from Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM asked me to integrate the two modules again (which I already did, and walked through with couple Zoho support agents).
So i think that there is something glitch in my Zoho Campaigns account. I decided to delete the ZOHO Campaigns account (within ZOHO ONE), and created a new ZOHO Campaigns account.
The creation is successful, but I couldn't integrate the CRM module with the Campaigns module anymore. The Campaigns alert that the email
leo@steammedical.com is already used by other account (i guess it is the old account that I deleted).
I was able to re-integrate ZOHO Campaigns with ZOHO Recruit, but not Zoho Campaigns with ZOHO CRM.
So please, please, please help me integrate the CRM and Campaigns together. Maybe you can help me do something with your back end.
