Crashing in Apple

Hi, I have both an iPad and Iphone and ever since I installed Notebook about 6 months ago it crashes regularly. Recently it crashed every time I opened the app on either device, this happened for about 2 days. I have no issue with the online app. (I had to go here to change all of my reminders to a new date and time as i couldn’t manage them on the apple products). It appears okay for now, but I wondered if anyone has any advice on what might be causing the crashes i.e. Other apps on my device or some content contained within the notebook.

I have contacted the  helpdesk, but they asked me for a crash report over a week ago and I have no update since.
