Create a groupe calendar and sync with personnal calandor

I am trying to figure out how i can sync my appointement in my groupe calendor with my personnal calendor. I need my assistante to input meeting from my office on my groupe calendor for me to view it and receive it on my personnal calendor like that she doen't double book.
