Create and customize tables right from your Android device

 
Hello Everyone!



 
Let's say you are about to deliver a presentation using your Android phone, and suddenly you realize that you forgot to include a table on one of the slides.
 
Using your Show Android app, you can easily add a table to the slide, fill it out, and edit its properties based on what you need.

Organize data within tables  

The Show app lets you insert a table on your slide using the Table icon under the Insert section. Using this option, you can set the number of rows and columns as well as pick a visual style for the table. The app also offers multiple ways for you to change these preferences later on from the slide deck.




 
Note: You can delete any row or column in the table using the cross button corresponding to it.
 
Once these initial settings are chosen, enter your data into the table using your mobile keypad.
 

Adjust the size and orientation of the table 

You can customize the size of the table and the cells within it right from the Show Android app. Modify the dimensions by dragging the blue dots that appear on the four corners of the table and adjust the blue bars at the side and top of the table to alter the width of each row and column.
 
In addition, you can drag the plus symbol at the top-left corner of the table to position it on your slide.  



 
Note: You can make all the size and position adjustments to the table even before you entering any data in it.
 

Draw attention to specific details in the table 

You can highlight a particular row or column in the table easily using your Show Android app.
 
Select the row or column you want to emphasize and apply different font styles to the text in these cells so that they look distinct in the slide.
 
Using the multiple cell selection property, you can even merge cells in a table.
 
Note: In case you merge the wrong column or row in your table, use the SPLIT CELLS button to separate it again.
 
Apart from this, the Show app for Android lets you insert a table header and footer, shade alternate cells, and add comments to table as well.
