Create Work Drive folder From Estimate custom field
Hey so we are an event company and usually work with files provided to us by clients. Our sales people often times are in contact with the clients and our tech people are the ones doing the work. Clients usually send their media to a sales person who then has to share it to the tech for that event. I'm curious if anyone has any idea how we could automatically create a zoho work drive folder when an estimate is accepted. So it would pretty much be estimate generated in zoho books> estimate accepted by client > drive creates a new folder using our custom fields (Event Date) and (Client Name) thats on the estimate as the name of the folder.
