Creating a campaign

Hi,

I am trying to create a campaign using a template to add text and images, I can do this easily however I cannot find an UNDO button or back button. Yesterday I positioned some text and an image and I wanted to change it but I couldn't and I ended up deleting the whole template and starting over.
Is there an UNDO/delete option anywhere?
