creating a pop up that delivers an e book

Hi 

We are currently using Zoho One for all our software. Sites, Marketing Automation, Mail, PageSense etc.

I would like to set up a process where when a customer signs up via a pop up they receive an email with a e-book. id also if possible have the option to screen the requester to make sure they are not a bot.

I can seem to find a guide to do it.

Could i be pointed in the right direction.
