I am a grou private practice (Therapist).

So far I am loving Zoho One. Here is my issue:

I created an app in Creator, for client chart. Previously, we did everything with Google Workspace and are migrating to Zoho One. Previously, the client chart was kept in Google Sheets (and now, Zoho Sheet). The workbook had the following worksheets:

Treatment Plan

Safety Plan

Progress Notes

Assessments & Evaluations

I created an app called Client Chart in creator with all of those components, put the forms in and everything. I was able to add them as a "related list" in the client profile (record view), but even when I fill out a form, it says it was submitted - but, it does not show up in the actual client record - just under the web tab I created, and only if I "Vie All"progress reports.

My other issue (maybe sep), I need it to pull Client ID #, Name, DOB, Diagnosis from the CRM contact to the Blank progress note form in the App......
