Creator/Deluge/Zoho One Developer Needed - Approx 10-15 hrs per week

We are looking for a Developer who can commit at least 10-15 hours per week for ongoing projects and work within the EST time zone. 

We need someone who is a master in Creator/Deluge and also has a in depth knowledge of the ZOHO ONE Suite of apps.
