How is it possible to filter reports in Creator to our need?

Normal users (such as Mathias19) have non admin permission. They should only see the reports that made on their name (like logged in user I guess ?).

"Write" users only can create reports on everyone's names. Reports should all be visible for the users that have the "write" permission (such as zoho_lien and antoine.dv), even when the report is created for a non admin user.

Im struggling to filter this. See attachments.

I'm happy to have a video session if someone can show me how.
