CRM Blueprint #4 : Consultez les rapports d'utilisation de Blueprint



 Bonjour à tous, 

Continuons notre série sur les Blueprint en approfondissant la fonction rapport.
Les rapports Blueprint vous donnent des informations sur vos processus commerciaux et leur exécution et vous aident à mieux les optimiser. Il existe 2 types de rapports : intégrés et personnalisés.

Rapports intégrés

Ces rapports déjà pré-enregistrés mettent à votre disposition les données générales des Blueprint. Voici où les trouver :
  • Allez dans Configuration > Gestion de Processus > Blueprint.
  • Cliquez sur l'onglet Utilisation.
  • Les différents rapports Blueprint sont listés.
Cliquez sur un rapport pour afficher les informations.



Rapports personnalisés

Le module Rapports de Zoho CRM vous présente plein de rapports par défaut sur vos ventes. Vous pouvez personnaliser ces rapports en fonction des informations Blueprint. Lorsque vous créez un rapport pour un module, vous verrez les informations Blueprint dans la section "Sélectionner les modules associés". A partir de là, vous pouvez créer vos propres rapports basés sur Blueprint insights.

Voici les étapes à suivre :
  • Allez dans le module Rapports.
  • Cliquez sur Créer un rapport.
  • Sélectionnez le module principal
  • Dans la liste des modules associés, sélectionnez aussi Blueprint




Sélectionnez un type de rapport


Sélectionnez les colonnes que vous souhaitez voir figurer dans le rapport. Vous pouvez sélectionner les détails requis dans la section Blueprint de la liste des colonnes disponibles.




Ajoutez des filtres si nécessaire.
Nommez le rapport et classez-le dans un dossier
Vous verrez ensuite les données s'afficher.

Vous savez désormais comment lire et paramétrer les rapports Blueprint.
