We need someone to customize the Zoho CRM application for us for our call center needs.

We need:

1. The ability for multiple (20-30) users to "share" the same data and allow them to click on the lead and once clicked on be able to disposition it so someone else cant call it until it is recycled

2. Ability to (quickly) look at a lead, call it and disposition it in a zoho creator web form and be back to the CRM to call the next prospect.

3. Ability to report on all functions We are open to ideas on using different things to accomplish
