CRM/Finance sync issue: different OWNED TRANSACTION logic

CRM/Finance sync issue: different OWNED TRANSACTION logic

Business background: in our enterprise we have sales person with their owned customers, which is assigned and synced with account owner in CRM and customer owner in Books, so that sales person will be able to see their owned customer in Books and Accounts in CRM.
However,
- in Books, a sales person can then be able to check all transactions of his/her owned customer;
- in CRM, a sales person can only be able to see those transaction of which he/she is creator, it means that, sales person cannot see those historic transactions done by previous owner(s) of his/her owned account.
We tried a workaround to set in CRM the Zoho Finance module as PUBLIC READ to grant sales person a visibility of all transaction of an account, however, that'll also grant a sales person to see all transactions including ones of not-owned accounts in Zoho Finance module tab which is not be able to be hidden based on role/profile (correct me if I'm wrong).

Now, this incoherence between Books and CRM of transaction owners (CRM is based on account owner, Books is based on transaction sales person) delivers different transaction visibility for our sales team.

Please help update the CRM end logic to account owner based transaction visibility same as Books end.

Thanks in advance.

      • Fetching leads from Zoho CRM into Zoho Creator, automatically

        I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible?   Yes, it is possible. Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM.  For instance, you can maintain the lead details in CRM on a separate form in Zoho Creator by fetching the details automatically
