CRM Lead Creation - Mandatory Fields

Hi Team,

We're encountering an issue when trying to set up a journey that ends with a lead being created in the CRM. We have a few mandatory fields in the standard Leads layout to control the information our sales team are entering. This seems to be stopping MH from creating the leads as the CRM is rejecting them due to those fields being blank in the MH data. The Journey report only shows the lead was skipped, however upon checking with Zoho Support they said it's because the fields required by the CRM aren't present in MH. We have tried creating those same fields, however we don't have data to populate them with so we're encountering the same issue.

Is there a way to specify in MH which layout to use when creating the lead in the CRM? That way we could create a layout with no mandatory fields just for MH, which would solve this issue. If not, then I see this as a major flaw with the CRM integration.
