I am new to the world of marketing and have been tasked with trying to work out what a football/rugby club would do some data and insight on. Any ideas from a CRM perspective?
I can think of a few things such as Engagement I.e how many emails ate opened, read, printed and on what device etc.
Maybe the channel a season ticket was purchased I.e internet, phone etc and the churn rate for not renewing
But there are probably some key things missing but not quite sure what. Anyone have some ideas please?
