CRM Sync (Leads/Contacts) & Lists/Segments/Topics/Consent info
Hi there,
in the case where synchronisation occurs between Zoho CRM to MarketingHub, I'm struggling to see / find out if belonging to certain mailing lists / segments / topics etc. should be done in CRM syncing back to MH, or whether that information only resides in MH. Anyone?
In a similar way & related to the above, should I keep consent ('Opt In') or block ('Opt Out') information for the relevant Lead/Contact on CRM, or would that also just be on MH?
HubSpot (I know, it's just one tool) does show it at the CRM/Contact level (see attached screenshot).
