How do I make a custom app available to all members of my Zoho Connect EXTERNAL network? 

I have custom apps enabled and the app is visible to me, as the admin, under the custom apps section in my Connect external network. However, other members can not see the application. 

My intent is to make only certain parts of the app available to members of the network... such as a data entry form. I do not want members to be able to edit my application and I do not want them to be able to create their own applications. I simply want to ensure that only members of the network can access and enter data in the data entry form.

NOTE: I do not want the data entry form to be visible on the WWW unless accessed from within my Zoho Connect EXTERNAL network.
