Custom Apps in Connect | Scheduled downtime for India DC on November 13, 2022

Hello customers,

We hope you’re all doing well and having a great experience with Zoho Connect. This post is regarding the Custom Apps in Connect, powered by Creator. We want to inform you that the we've scheduled a maintenance activity for our India data centers on Sunday, November 13, 2022, from 3:00 AM to 3:15 AM IST (Indian Standard Time).

During this period, Custom Apps in Connect will be temporarily unavailable for the accounts in our India data centers. This means that the following features will be temporarily inaccessible for these accounts:
  • Custom Apps created in your network.
  • APIs, Schedulers, and Integrations that use Custom Apps.

Note: This maintenance activity is performed only for Custom Apps-related databases and will not impact other modules in Zoho Connect. During this downtime, you'll be able to access all modules in Zoho Connect except Custom Apps, like you usually do. 

During this maintenance, we'll be relocating some Custom Apps-related databases—which are used by all of the accounts in our India data centers—to a separate cluster. This will improve the availability of these databases and prevent any slowness in your Custom Apps that may result from a delay in receiving information from the databases.
