Custom Fields from Zoho Desk
First of all thanks so much for creating this application and making it part of Zoho One! I no longer need Zapier!
That said, I cannot figure out how to map a field called "urgency" from my 123FormBuilder connector to the same field in Zoho Desk called "Urgency". The permissions are set to "VIsible" on the portal so I know end users can see and update the field.
Am I missing something?
