Custom Layouts and Fields for Meetings

Custom Layouts and Fields for Meetings

Zoho Sprints has introduced the Custom Layout option for meetings. This will let you include additional information while you schedule meetings for projects.

Let's say you'd like to include the meeting organizer's name. Since the existing layout doesn't contain this info, you will need to pick a new layout and add a custom section. Then, drag and drop the User Pick List custom field to it, and add the user info. You can choose a meeting organizer from this field.

Likewise, multiple sections and fields can be added to a layout to obtain all pertinent information.

The layout can be associated with multiple projects. All meetings conducted w.r.t to an associated project will carry this layout.

If you'd like to try this at your end, go to Setup and click Meetings under Custom Layouts and Fields to access it. If you need a step by step procedure, refer to our help document. For further assistance, feel free to write to support@zohosprints.com.
