I'm looking to create the ability to manage my customer schedules online along with the ability to manage employee and resource availability. App would pull customer records from a simple CRM app (to be created also). Customer schedule app should have drag and drop capability, recurring appointments, etc. Customer schedule app should calculate available open slots based on resources available so it's easy to determine if we can schedule customer in a particular timeslot. On the employee side, need to track employee expertise and schedule availability. want employees to be able to enter their vacations as well. Overall, this app would determine the weekly schedule for each employee based on the number of customer appointments we have per hour.
