Hi guys,

i have a small business and have played around with zoho invoice, with the hope of switching over - as i liked the android compatibly (i.e. i can invoice from my mobile phone)

the software has a very clean layout, is simple to use and has some great features. 
there are a few things though ive noticed, which are standard in other software and i find really usefull, and sure other business would too, that are missing in zoho invoice. i have listed them below. 
please let me know if any are in progress or likely to be implemented. Or if there is a way you can utilise these features, that i havnt found in zoho invoice.

- Customer catagories. By this i mean it would be handy to assign a customer to a category. This could be the region they are based in, which would be great for business selling to multiple cities/countries. You can then print a report on the sales for that city etc. but the real reason i like to have catagories, is because i have sales reps. i would like to group each of the customers that a particular sales rep looks after. For e.g. i might assign a customer to catagory  sales rep james, or sales rep luke etc. Similar to above, it would be great if you could assign a catagory to items. 

- This feature is a bit more advanced than the above, but nerveless is standard on free software such as apptivo. It is very handy for businesses based in sales who have sales reps. The feature is to assign a sales commission amount to each product. So each customer is assigned to a sales rep, and each product is assigned to a value for commission earned per sale. 
At the end of each month, a report can be printed which lists the customer sales and commision earned for each sales rep.

- it would also be good if the current sales reports were a bit more flexible. For example, you currently can only report sales by items or sales by customers. It would be great if you could define the products you would like a report on, rather than listing all of them. I need to send a report each month to my suppliers of their sales. i want to send them a report of just their items, dont want to show them all our sales figures for products which are not theirs etc. Another feature where catagories for items and customers comes in handy.

- This feature is a huge bonus for any business who warehouses / deliverers a product. Each day the delivery driver needs a run sheet (also called daily manifest), which simply lists for the deliveries which need to be done - fields are: customer name, customer address, number of items, delivery notes.
If we cant get this automatically via a report from the software, we need to type it all up in excel manually, which is a time consuming task. So it would be fantastic if there was an option, where you could select a date range / or an invoice numbers range, and print off a daily delivery list.

- Also, it would be great if you could customize what employees have access to. i understand their is a staff or admin level you can select. but there is no customization, or you cant change the privileges for these user roles - which is standard in ever business software i have used before including free ones.

There is some suggestions that i think would make zoho invoice a nice software to fantastic software!

We are a sales and distribution company, which im sure there are many companies of out there, that would find the above features very appealling and help them switch to zoho
