I need an app that will integrate with ZOHO BOOKS data and allow us to keep track of customers calls / to dos . Would like the ability to have pop up reminders / calendar scheduling. Would be nice if while app is open the most recent or by date to dos would show in a list and be a quick link to the job info. would need to print. For example: A customer calls... we can type name, phone number, estimate number,etc.. and their job information would be available . We could then input their request or comment in a comment field. Create a calendar schedule and or a pop up reminder. We could also print as a service order.
