Customer Portal - Data Access
Hi there,
Is there a way to enable customer portal users to see existing records (created by non-customers app users) ?
I want to create a Customer Portal to enable clients to see product catalog, create orders, and see their history (orders, payments, etc.). However, their purchases and payments will be registered by normal zoho app users.
The main purpose of the customer portal is to enable clients to see their own reports which will be populated by internal users.
