Hello, We are looking for a developer to gradually work with us to built a customer service application just right for our business. We need it to include Phone Support and Tickets (Phone integration with Ringcentral or other phone service) E-mails Support (Email forwarding from gmail and amazon.com) Customer knowledge base that assists our representatives in finding solutions for our customers. Lastly, productivity measure. Measure all time for emails and phone calls for each user and create a productivity chart. We hope someone can find a solution for us!
