do you have the same experience when contacting the customer support?
It happens to me so many times that the customer support doesn´t often reflect the issue described in my emails at all (I even attach prtscrns). I always described the problem, in a detail, I also add a description of anything what I have done to fix the problem and if it might help, I also attach a prtscrn.
None of this works. I always get an answer to try what I have already done, emails going back and forth. The support replies quickly, however, I really don´t have the whole day to exchange emails with them and repeat 100 times what I wrote when I reported the issue. It is so much time consuming, annoying and really drives me angry.
Not to be only negative, the customer support is always very nice to me, when needed they schedule a call and try to fix the problem. However, the problem is, that the issue that could be solved in one or two emails, gets solved after many emails and time spent on the line.
