Hi,
I am trying to build a current customer technical support website to a zoho account, but am not sure which application to use. These are some of our requirements:
Password protected
Access Desk (kb & tickets)
Chat
Forum/Message board
Add YouTube videos
We also want to build an internal kb, but am thinking that should be a separate thing.
Through research it seems like I should use Creator, but would love some help figuring it out.
