Customization of Fields

We are using Zoho Recruit to track the process for our candidates for our training academy.  It would be great if we could modify the naming conventions.  For example, in the interview module, it would be great to change the statuses from "hired, strong hired, rejected, strong reject" to items that would make sense for our training academy.
