Customizations to the Invoice Layout in Zoho Books are not translating to Commerce correctly

Spent some time customizing my layout in Zoho Books yesterday. The following is an example of how it appears:
And this is how the invoice appears from the Orders area in Commerce:
Do I need to revert to the default template for the time being?
