Cut and paste photos or screenshots?
I'm new to Notebook and when I am taking notes, I sometimes will do a screen grab of a Webex and paste into my notes to go along with my typed text. Notebook won't let me paste what I copy from Snipping Tool to paste in the web version of Notebook. I also use on iOS and Mac platforms, but at work it's a PC.
