Daily Welcome Message
Hi all,
we are still in the beginning of using Zoho One for our company. We use lots of the Zoho tools and are very happy with all the possibilities. But I have a request, maybe someone can help me to find a quick solution for this request.
We have certain values in our company and some examples of cool and uncool behaviour. Even though everyone agrees on these values, people tend to forget about them after time. Therefor I would like to have some kind of "Daily Message" or "Daily reminder" for everyone with one of the 24 cool or uncool behaviours. So the message should change daily, it can be random, or I can set it up in a certain sequence if random is not possible.
What would be the best way to reach every member of the team? I thought of Connect, maybe letting the bot welcome me after logging in. Or a daily email that gets sent to every one. Or maybe you have other and better ideas and how to do it?

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
