Dashboard sharing filter

Hello,

In Analytics I created a dashboard to see KPI's per salesperson. In that dashboard we have different reports created on visits (coming from Creator => "visit report owner"), Deals (coming from CRM => "Deal owner").

Currently I created this dashboard for person A with visit report owner = person A and Deal owner = person A.
I did the same and copied the dashboard for person B to change  visit report owner = person B and Deal owner = person B ... and so on and so on.

I think this is not the best way because it's always a new dashboard and when I want to update the dashboard/filter, I need to update very single dashboard for every person which is a lot of work. 

How is it possible to create 1 dashboard and that the logged in user can see only their data in the reports in the dashboard (taking into account the samen person is: "visit report owner" = "deal owner")?
On the other hand it should be easy for the sale manager to have that same dashboard and quickly click through different sales person to have an overview per person.

I tried sharing the same dashborad but it gives difficulties as some reports show errors with "visit report owner" and "deal owner" ...
