Just trying to figure out what is going on in here, I have a file that I need to import into a form's report (with roughly 3300 lines). This form has no workflow or any script executing at import. It has a look-up field that is pretty straight forward and the value that is a look-up, value is just 3 letters. It worked previously with no changes to anything previously but now it doesn't seem to work as indented. 

I would get a data import success, once I access the report and see, it doesnt show any of the data I imported.

I've attempted 3 times now - I noticed that the row count in billing section indeed went up but nothing on the actual report. I've double checked the fields, reformatted the upload file and nothing changed after 3 attempts. Row count of the actual report doesnt seem to increase after 3 attempts, but the billing section's record value went up.

I've attempted this with a duplicate of the form, it worked. I've attempted this with a duplicate app and it worked correctly, Also tried reopening the browser in private mode as suggested by the support but that doesnt seem to do anything. Also the report has no filter or grouping policy that prevents from seeing the data.

I've contacted the support and they are looking into it, but I'm limited by time and I'd like to know if there are any obvious pointers I'm missing when it comes to this - I've imported several thousands of lines of data previously on multiple occasions with any without scripts and nothing went wrong like this.
