Data Prep Previous Rulesets not Showing

I applied preparations to a dataset but when I wanted to modify those preparations they no longer appear in the ruleset or ruleset history, meaning I need to redo everything from scratch and re-prepare my data. Any idea why this is happening? It's becoming annoying having to redo my rulesets from scratch every time.
